Ice flake (snow flake) is described this ice like satin, smooth and texture. It is different from shaved ice. Ice flake (snow flake) tastes as ice cream and many toppings, and its looks like stacked satin. Because there are milk, sugar, fruit, and other ingredients, so that making ice flake (snow flake) will be made under -25℃ about 4 hours. Using cycling system makes always under -25℃ and can continue high quality making ice flake blocks (snow flake blocks) .
